Manna is designed to be local-first: verse content, favorites, widget settings, reading progress, and reminder preferences are primarily stored on your device. We do not require an account to use the app.

This storage is intended to remain on your device and is used so the widget can render content independently from the main app.
We do not require account registration. We do not run our own analytics, advertising, or social-tracking systems for your reading activity, favorites, reminders, or widget usage.
We do not intentionally collect your contacts, precise location, microphone input, or camera recordings for Manna's core experience.
Manna may request photo library access so you can select a custom background image or save/share verse images. If you deny this permission, those related features may not work.
Selected background images are stored locally and may also be copied into the app group container so the widget can display them.
If you enable reminders, Manna requests local notification permission from iOS and schedules reminders on your device. Reminder settings and related state are stored locally.
We do not need an account to send these reminders because they are local device notifications, not a server-driven push system operated by us.
Manna lets you generate and share verse images. These images are rendered locally on your device and then passed to Apple's native share mechanisms. Once you share content to another app or service, that destination's privacy practices apply.
Manna uses RevenueCat together with Apple's in-app purchase infrastructure to validate premium access, fetch offerings, complete purchases, and restore entitlements.
Apple and RevenueCat may process limited commerce-related information such as anonymous device identifiers, purchase receipts, app version, and entitlement status. We do not send your favorite verses, devotional progress, or personal widget content to our own servers as part of this process.

Manna's verse, devotional, and reading-plan experience is primarily backed by bundled or locally stored content rather than a general online content account system. Your reading activity is intended to remain on-device.
Manna may donate limited app activity to iOS system features such as search or suggestions so the app can integrate better with platform experiences. This behavior is controlled by Apple system frameworks.
Your local Manna data remains on your device until you remove it, reset it, or uninstall the app. If you save or share generated verse images, those copies may remain wherever you stored or shared them.
Manna is not built around user accounts or direct submission of personal information to us. If you believe a child submitted personal information to us directly, contact us so we can review the situation.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and publish the new version here.
