1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Manna, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of the Service

Manna is an iOS-first daily verse and home screen widget experience. Depending on the version you use, it may include:

• Offline daily verses and verse browsing
• Home screen widgets with theme and layout customization
• Favorites, pinned verses, and shareable verse images
• Reading plans, devotional/reflection flows, and revisit states
• Local reminder scheduling
• Premium themes and customization features available through in-app purchase

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Manna for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law
• Use the app for unlawful or abusive purposes
• Interfere with purchase flows, widget behavior, or platform integrations
• Misrepresent generated content as content originating from us after you edit or redistribute it
• Redistribute or resell the app except as expressly permitted

6. Purchases and Premium Features

Manna may offer premium themes, customization options, bilingual features, or other paid functionality through in-app purchases. The specific package type, price, and availability are those shown to you in the App Store at checkout.

6.1 Billing and Restore

Payments are processed by Apple. RevenueCat may be used to validate and restore purchase entitlements within the app.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds, if any, are governed by Apple's policies and any mandatory law applicable to you.

7. Widgets, Notifications, and Platform Features

Manna relies on Apple platform features for widgets, notifications, sharing, and certain system integrations. Availability can vary based on device, iOS version, permissions, and platform limitations.

8. User Content and Custom Backgrounds

If you choose custom backgrounds or share verse images, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and distribute that content. Generated or shared images may contain your chosen visual styling and verse selections.

9. Privacy

Your use of Manna is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains local storage, widget app group data, photo access, reminders, and purchase validation providers.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue app features at any time. Some features may change by device type, region, app version, or operating system support.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANNA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR USE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF MANNA.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for Manna's paid features in the preceding twelve months, or USD $10, whichever is greater.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the mandatory consumer laws that apply in your place of residence and, where permitted, otherwise by the applicable law selected by the service provider.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
