Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use apply when you download or use Navigo (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use Navigo. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf.
License and permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Navigo for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law. You may not copy, sell, distribute, or reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law or the licenses of its open-source components. Third-party model and software components remain subject to their own licenses.
You are responsible for the content you record, translate, and share. Use voice cloning only for a voice you own or have permission to use. Do not use the App to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.
Navigo Pro plans
Navigo Pro offers three auto-renewable subscriptions and a separate, non-renewing purchase:
- Weekly Pro: one-week subscription period.
- Monthly Pro: one-month subscription period.
- Yearly Pro: one-year subscription period.
- Lifetime Pro: one-time purchase; it does not renew.
Each plan provides the Pro features shown in the App. Feature availability may depend on a compatible device and downloaded models. The App displays the available plans, current local prices, and billing periods before purchase. The price and any applicable taxes shown in Apple's purchase confirmation govern your charge. Prices can vary by region and may change under Apple's rules.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Pro automatically renew for the same period unless you cancel before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting Navigo does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to Apple's applicable terms.
Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew. It provides continuing access to the purchased Pro features while Navigo remains available and compatible; it is not a subscription or a guarantee that the App or any particular feature will remain available forever.
Restore purchases and refunds
Use Restore Purchases in Navigo to recover eligible purchases made with the same Apple Account. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests under its policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For help with access to a purchase, contact onebestai@gmail.com.
Your content and translation results
Your recordings, translations, transcription history, and voice profiles remain your content. Navigo processes translation content on your device after the required models are downloaded. See our Privacy Policy for information about local content, model downloads, and purchase-related data.
Machine translation, speech recognition, and image-text recognition can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review important results independently, especially for medical, legal, safety, or financial decisions.
Open-source components
Navigo uses software and models developed by third parties, including components for speech recognition, translation, image-text recognition, and voice generation. Those components are governed by their respective licenses. Their authors do not provide warranties for Navigo through this App.
Availability and liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of generated results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Our total liability under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the App or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised terms here and update the date above. If you do not agree to an updated version, stop using the App. Changes do not remove any statutory rights you may have.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the App's developer, except where the law of your location or the App Store requires otherwise. If any provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Apple terms
Where applicable, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also governs your use of the App. Apple manages App Store purchases and subscriptions under its own terms.
