By downloading, installing, or using ClearBrief Coach, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- You are responsible for the information you use to sign in and for keeping your account secure.
- We may store basic profile and session information to restore your experience across launches or devices.
3. Service Description
ClearBrief Coach is a communication coaching app that may include practice drills, feedback, speech-to-text input, recommendations, local reminders, and subscription-based features. Some features may require sign-in or optional cloud services to work.
4. User Content and Voice Input
- You keep ownership of the content you enter, subject to the rights you grant us to process it for app functionality.
- If you use voice input, you authorize the app to process speech audio and transcripts for transcription and coaching.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
- Subscriptions, trials, renewals, and refunds are handled by the app store and may also be managed through RevenueCat.
- Prices, features, and availability may change over time.
- To restore purchases, use the same store account that originally bought the subscription.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the app, disrupt its services, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use the app to violate law, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.
- Do not reverse engineer the app except to the extent allowed by law.
7. Third-Party Services
The app may rely on third parties such as Supabase, RevenueCat, Vercel, Apple, Google, and the applicable app store. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Vercel may provide hosting, deployment, and infrastructure services for public pages, backend endpoints, or related service components.
8. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights in the app, branding, software, and content we provide. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as allowed by law or by us in writing.
9. Disclaimers
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Coaching results are informational and educational only, not professional, legal, medical, or career advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
11. Termination and Changes
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date above when we do.
